What we do with your details
We collect the minimum needed to reply to your request, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you request a consultation we store your name, email address, the company you named, the project type you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer you and, if the project goes ahead, to keep a record of how the conversation started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share these details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Correspondence about work we carried out is kept for the life of the project and a reasonable period afterwards, for our records and our insurance.
Asking us to delete it
Email grassrootsnc@yahoo.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any analytics we run are aggregate and cannot identify an individual visitor.
